Menifee Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor based in Menifee, CA. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit. Project start dates are confirmed in writing in your contract and are subject to permit approval timelines, material availability, and weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the agreed schedule and will notify you promptly of any material delays.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellation terms - including any applicable fees for materials ordered or work already performed - are outlined in your written contract. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or fabricated may result in charges to cover those costs.
Payment terms are specified in your written contract and comply with applicable California law governing home improvement contracts. A deposit may be required before work begins. Under California law, deposits on home improvement contracts are limited - your contract will specify the exact amount and timing of all payments.
Payments are due as outlined in the contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in a pause of work until the account is current. Unpaid balances may be subject to interest and, if necessary, collection action including the filing of a mechanics lien on your property.
For projects requiring a building permit, Menifee Sunrooms & Patios will submit the permit application to the appropriate city or county building department on your behalf. Permit fees are typically included in the project contract as a pass-through cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by the permitting authority, HOA review processes, or regulatory changes that occur after the contract is signed. You are responsible for ensuring your property is not subject to deed restrictions or other encumbrances that would prohibit the proposed work.
Warranty terms for completed work are set out in your written contract. The Site itself and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the information on this Site is complete, accurate, or current.
Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to you as the homeowner to the extent they are transferable. We do not extend any warranty beyond what is expressly stated in your written contract.
