Menifee Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2017 by a team of Menifee locals who kept hearing the same complaint from neighbors - contractors who overpromised, started projects without permits, and disappeared when problems came up. We decided to do it differently from day one.
Menifee has grown fast. We have watched the Sun City neighborhood blend with newer master-planned communities like Audie Murphy Ranch and Menifee Lakes, and we have built sunrooms in all of them. That local experience matters - the clay soils in parts of the valley, the HOA approval timelines in planned communities, and the building department permit workloads are things we navigate every week.
Today we offer 16 sunroom and patio services across 12 communities in Riverside County. Every project is permitted, every crew member is trained, and every client has one contact person from the first call through the final city inspection. That is how we have always operated, and it has not changed.
